Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund for your order, without having to give a reason.
Returns are accepted regardless of the item's condition; the refund may be reduced if the product has been damaged beyond what is necessary to check its nature and proper functioning.
The purchase invoice may be enclosed with the parcel to facilitate processing.
Return costs remain payable by the customer, except for a defective or non-conforming product, for which return postage costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged parcel or a faulty item, you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under these guarantees, you can request repair or replacement of the product or, failing that, a refund. Refund

Once the item has been received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. An additional bank processing time of a few days may apply, depending on your bank.
